I am a nutritionist and wellness professional based in Denver, Colorado. Purposeful Plate Nutrition grew out of my lifelong passion for health and wellness.
I believe in a diet centered around real food using whole ingredients. I love to cook and my kitchen is constantly full of fresh, nutrient-dense food, recipe experimentation, and lots (I mean a LOT) of dishes.
I am passionate about making healthy living accessible and fun. My approach is practical, supportive, and well-informed. I am driven to help my clients achieve their goals while developing sustainable habits to live a healthy and balanced life.
Before starting my consulting business, Purposeful Plate Nutrition, I worked in corporate consulting for Big Four firms Ernst & Young and KPMG. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Economics from Washington & Jefferson College and earned an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. After leaving the corporate consulting world, my nutrition studies were completed at Bauman College.
In addition to my business and nutrition background, I am certified as a Group Fitness Instructor and Behavior Change Specialist through the American Council on Exercise. I’m also a regular contributor for health and wellness sites Fitt and Naya Health as well as my own blog, Wellness is my Jam. Here are some example publications.
I’d love to chat with you about how we can work together to help you live a healthy, happy, and balanced life.
